Biography
Jennifer Zarich has represented individuals, families, and businesses in cases involving serious injuries, wrongful death, and large-scale disasters for more than 15 years. Before that, she was an elementary school teacher —a background that continues to shape her practice today. The patience, empathy, and clarity required to teach a classroom of young children translate well as she guides clients through some of the most difficult and disorienting experiences of their lives.
At Danko Meredith, Jennifer represents clients in complex litigation involving aviation accidents, catastrophic personal injury, product liability, wildfire and environmental disasters, and wrongful death
Results
Jennifer was a member of the trial team in Tekle v. Hourigan, which secured a verdict exceeding $6 million for a catastrophically injured plaintiff — a result that earned a San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association’s Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. Her work since has contributed to a confidential eight-figure settlement for an injured client and an eight-figure wrongful death settlement on behalf of a child.

Jennifer represents homeowners, renters, businesses, agricultural interests, and communities affected by California’s most significant wildfires and environmental disasters, including complex mass tort and disaster litigation involving catastrophic loss.

She is part of the team representing individuals, families, businesses, and agricultural interests impacted by the Moss Landing Battery Plant Fire, where she investigates complex technical and scientific issues and advocates for clients throughout all stages of the litigation.
Aviation Accident Litigation
As part of the firm’s nationally recognized aviation practice, Jennifer represents victims and families in litigation arising from helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft crashes. She works closely with aviation experts, engineers, and accident reconstruction specialists to investigate technically complex accidents, determine their causes, and pursue accountability for those responsible.
